This office is one of the best experiences I have had within my medical challenges. All of the staff whether you are waiting and being helped by the office, another therapist, or in a session treat you well and that your situation matters. I have worked with all the physical therapists and they are wonderful, but my main therapist is Laura. She has helped me manage my daily life so much more since starting maintenance PT with her. Anytime there are questions or new things that come up I always know what to do next if I ask, and the sessions help my body push through. If you need a physical therapist and they can meet those needs, do not look anywhere elsewhere. I have been a patient of Laura Purificato for some time for pelvic dysfunction and she has helped me tremendously. She is very professional and the office is clean and well kept. I have been going to Laura Purificato for physical therapy for over 7 years. Laura is kind, knowledgeable and up to date for the latest therapies for my various aliments. She listens to my concerns and treats me carefully and I always feel better after the treatment. Her office staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Reasons for 1-star rating: Poor hygiene & lack of precautions to prevent transmitting contagious diseases. Poor practice regarding what is used when performing internal procedures in the vagina. The gels used were loaded with potentially harmful & allergen containing chemicals. The exam gloves were not medical exam quality. The trash was always full to overflowing. There was nowhere to deposit a wet wipe except on top of the pile. The wet wipes were in an open pack. You had to pull them out with your own hands with no attention paid to making it available in a more hygienic way that didn't involve clients touching them and spreading germs & bacteria. No attention was paid to my actual answers to questions on my symptoms. I was constantly interrupted before I could finish what I was saying

I have been seeing Kavitha Kumari Russaliah at Therapeutic Evolution Physical Therapy and she has helped me a great deal with my medical issues. This practice is excellent.
