Therapeutic Associates North Medford Physical Therapy

This is my second series of rehab visits with Therapeutics Associates for a second knee replacement. The staff and all the therapists I’ve worked with are highly qualified and provide excellent care. They guide me through every exercise with me and have helped me work through the pain. I’m very impressed with them and I would consider any of them as a friend. My mom had her post surgery physical therapy at Therapeutic Associates. I really can't say enough good things about them. I attended appointments with her for several weeks because she needed me to drive her, and at 79 years old she's very hard of hearing. They are so very professional, respectful and caring. Whole I was there, I witnessed them working with kids, athletes, elderly, and people recovering from injuries or surgery. My mom is the most special person to me, and I have complete confidence that I could not have found a better place to care for her. She has recovered better and faster than expected and I have Chance and Allison to thank for that. This has been one of two offices I’ve had physical therapy at in the last ten years. It will always be, from now on, the only physical therapy office I will ever go to. Every PT and PTA has been extremely compassionate and supportive. Everyone has been so wonderful about offering words of encouragement. I have been struggling with my progression, but because of everyone there, I show up every day, even if I don’t want to go. They truly are the best.

Rhett and his staff are amazing! I had a rib out of place for almost a week and could barely move or breathe without pain. He fit me in the next day, and after just one visit I woke up with almost full range of motion and hardly any pain. Total night and day difference — highly recommend!

This is a PT clinic where you will find skilled, compassionate professionals who are also so pleasant to work with. You will know they care about good outcomes and the patient being comfortable. Another thing that is rare in the Rogue Valley is their front desk staff. They know what their doing and they do their best at making patients feel welcome.
