I recently relocated to NC and in my search for a primary care provider I cam across Dr. Daniel. I arrived for my appointment and was informed by the staff that I had a copay. I explained that I do not have a copay, I have a coinsurance until I meet my deductible and out of pocket. Because my out of pocket has been met. The unperfessional staff (not the person who checked me in) insisted that I had to pay 10% coinsurance. Again I informed them that my coinsurance no longer applies I met my deductible and out of pocket has been met. I requested they contact my insurance, instead the receptionist went and spoke with someone else in the office who reiterated that I am responsible for my 10% coinsurance. We love this practice! My family followed the provider from a previous medical office. Lewis and her staff continue to be compassionate, supportive, and caring. I highly recommend this practice for all your primary care needs.
