On 02/25/26 at approximately 9:45 AM, my son and I arrived for his scheduled therapy appointment and checked in at the front desk. After checking in, I went to use the restroom. When I exited the restroom, my son and I were standing in the waiting area waiting for his appointment time when I was approached by a staff member. She stated that the owner was requesting a “service animal letter” for my service animal. I informed her that requiring a service animal letter is illegal under the Americans with Disabilities Act and that there is no such documentation required. She responded, “Well, that’s just what my owner is asking for,” and said she would go speak with the owner. At that point, I informed her not to bother because I would be canceling the appointment. Ten stars, actually. Jodi went above and beyond to help problem solve the issues my baby and I were having and I could not be more delighted with the results. The tools she gave me worked wonders immediately and I have so much more peace now. She and Carissa were wonderful and encouraging. I highly recommend working with TheraFUN if you have any craniosacral, sensory disorder, or occupational therapy needs.

My baby has been seen for PT, OT, and Cranialsacral therapy. All the therapist are very knowledgeable and caring. I enjoy bringing my baby each week as parent involvement is highly encouraged. Jodi has been doing cranial with my daughter since she left the hospital and I’ve seen huge improvements with her movements and overall development. The therapists work as a team to help my daughter thrive. I love this place.

TheraFUN has been a wonderful experience for our family. We have had two children go for speech therapy over the last few years. They are kind, patient, and helpful. We were able to keep out scheduld appoinments time even after they moved to a new location and both our kids stayed with the same Therapist throughout. Shout out! To Nina. Nina was the best. I can’t say enough good things about Therafun! They have been so incredible, caring, patient, and supportive. Everyone on their team is incredible and they have helped my son so much through OT. I would recommend therafun to anyone!
