Theracare Physical Therapy

I had back surgery in Iran a few years ago, and when I came here, I was suffering from severe lower back pain. I could barely walk. But since I started coming to this physical therapy clinic, my pain has improved by almost 90%! Fouad and Emad Ardaghi are incredibly caring, patient, and professional. They truly take their time and work with so much compassion. My husband also has had back pain , and both of us have seen amazing results. These two brothers really care about their patients and put their hearts into their work. We’re so thankful for them and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for real healing and professional care.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care in a supportive environment! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and truly accommodating. They always work around my schedule, which makes it so easy to stay consistent with my appointments. The facility is clean, welcoming, and very well maintained and there’s plenty of parking, which is a big plus for me. Since starting therapy here, my pain has gone down a lot, and I’ve noticed a real improvement in how I feel day to day, especially in the mornings. The good: was able to be seen regularly. Did actually help with my hip pain (though it eventually came back). Some of the people there really know what they’re doing. The bad: some of the people there really DONT know what they’re doing. You never know who you’re going to get. Sometimes I left feeling a lot better, sometimes I left feeling like I just wasted my time. I never had a chance to develop a plan or path to recovery with a therapist, because it was always someone different. The ugly: nobody actually seemed interested in looking at the root cause of my problem, or what I could do to prevent future injury/aggravation. I truly hate to give a 1-star review, but it’s fairly given based on the very poor service I received. I was referred to Theracare by my primary doctor, so I went in with trust and high expectations. A gentleman spoke with me and put me on the traction table, then mentioned I would need to speak with my doctor because only one session was authorized. I made it clear several times that the cost wasn’t an issue — I was willing to pay the $99 fee out of pocket — but they told me to just wait, that they would “take care of it.” I later called my doctor, who explained that Theracare is supposed to request additional sessions and handle the authorization directly. When I tried to call Theracare, I reached an AI system that only allows appointment scheduling and offers no option to speak with a

I tore a muscle in my left back under shoulder blade and they helped me through the recover so much!! Also saw them for chronic neck injury pain. They utilize red light technology and laser and all the therapists are great!
