Just a little PSA to avoid Theodore Rockwells dental office in Warren with a ten foot or longer pole. They told us both we needed oodles of dental work after transitioning into their office. Crowns with an s for everyone. I got one done and it was a terrible experience from the angry dentist to his cruel dental assistant who insisted I was rude for expressing discomfort during the procedure. Fast forward the tooth died and became infected. His office has zero patient care outside of regular hours. So if you have a problem on Friday evening you might get a call by lunch on Tuesday. THEY DO NOT CARE. THEY ONLY WANT MONEY. We transferred to Landin Dental in Sugar Grove who have cleaned up the messes caused by Rockwells incompetence. What a great experience. After our family dentist retired we found Dr. Rockwell and we couldn't be happier with the staff, the modern facility, and the way we have been treated. The staff is very friendly and they obviously care deeply about their patients and the experience they have while here. They made my daughter feel so comfortable when she was nervous, and I found them to be so kind I highly recommend them

Went to Theodore J Rockwell Family Dentistry and had a crown done. The dentist was very kind and explained to me why I needed my crown. The assistant was very friendly and professional and asked if I needed anything when she was removing my temporary. I am so glad I got my crown, which I needed.

Every tooth he has touched has ended up worse. I have had to have 2 teeth pulled and need 2 more pulled he filled. He does unnecessary work to cost you more money. I have seen 3 other dentist since and they all agreed with me on what should have been done with my teeth. Just feel ripped off.

I have always had a good experience at this office. Clean and well equipped rooms, friendly staff. Dentist explains everything fully. I confidently recommend this dentist.
