ThedaCare Urgent Care-Neenah

I have been a patient at Thedacare for many years. The primary care physicians and pediatricians have been wonderful. However, my two urgent care experiences at the Neenah urgent care clinic with Dr. Jose Dias have been absolutely terrible. He lacks empathy, did not take the time to thoroughly review my medical history, and after 2 weeks of being sick what he prescribed still did not treat my diagnosis and symptoms. I have to go back yet again to see my actual primary care doctor to get effective treatment. I would not recommend him for adult care or pediatric care.

Saturday morning I went to Neenah Urgent Care. Every person who I was in contact with was professional yet caring. They asked appropriate questions, then listened. I trusted them and felt they cared about me. So glad Neenah has this facility.

The staff, meaning all the staff is amazing. Honestly every person I have encountered is very welcoming, hospitable, and courteous. They are prompt and when they aren't prompt they apologize when you're not prompt they seem to work you in. The Urgent care space is well laid out and very spacious.

This place is amazing. Was greeted by a friendly front desk lady. Everyone else in the office is so nice. I saw Tara Hilmanowski at my visit. She was patient and listened to me about the issues I was having.

As aurora clinic wasn't staffed on the holiday, I came to theda care. From the time I entered until I left it was 40 min. to be registered, seen by nurse, seen by intern, X-rays taken, swabs taken, X-rays read and the intern prescribing and calling in meds. Doesn't get better than that.
