My 84 year old dad went last night, after I was there awhile I video my sister told the dr my sister was coming from Mayville was 40 minutes away the staff came in to move my dad in the bed they stated we'll you know we dont normally allow sleep overs. I called my sister and had the staff repeat what they had just said to her. They came off as if it was bothersome I was there and that my sister was 40 minutes away. I got so mad I walked out called my boyfriend to pick me up. How dare anyone say that to their loved one. Now I feel guilty for leaving my dad's side I pray I made the right decision 🙏

I had a mishap with a framing nailer July '17 and had to go to the emergency room to have the nail removed from my finger and I was taken really good care of the service was kinda slow but it's a little bit slower pace out here. But my doctor and nurse were very respectful and I have no issues or barely a scar even from the incident. There was a heat stroke call that came in as I was leaving from the north side of Waupaca so if the ambulance is willing to go the extra distance there must be something good there. I have also used their urgent care for a scratched eye a few years ago and I had similar results as my finger. I brought my 74 year old husband to the Emergency room at about 9PM on 7/19/2024 with a head injury. We thought he probably needed stitches. They only asked if he had been unconscious because of it, to which I answered no. They took his name and date of birth, verified our address, and sent us to the waiting room. Never looked at his wound or took any vitals. Right after we got there, a young girl, probably high school age, came in with a muffler burn. Of course I don't know the details of that, but she and a young man about her age joined us in the waiting room. About 15 minutes later, they called the young girl who came in after us. We was her for a short getaway I got sick and this was the closest hospital such a small town great service I walked right in and was seen by the doctor right away the nurse I had was very nice polite Daniel was his name but also had to others to help out they too was so nice Dr caves was my ER doctor he was so nice next Day I called the medical office to get a copy of all of my medical records 15 minutes. Had them ready for me told him I was from out of town and they said no worries such a beautiful place. Thank you guys so much
