I've been to this office a few times now for my prenatal visits and they're pretty good. No issues. Christina Torres is amazing and so attentive. I appreciate the care I'm receiving. Thank you all!

I will not be returning to this women’s center. My first OB appointment lasted two hours, yet every staff member I encountered rushed me the entire time. I had to complete the same paperwork three separate times — once online before my visit, once for the sonogram, and again for the doctor — all with identical questions. It felt disorganized and inefficient. The office itself was visibly dusty and unclean. I have dust allergies and was sneezing throughout my visit because of how dirty it felt. I was also disappointed to learn that I was not guaranteed see an actual medical doctor throughout my pregnancy. I was told I would primarily be seen by PAs. I was disappointed with the way my case was handled. After repeating a procedure to confirm everything was fine, the result came back normal. However, instead of providing this update through the patient portal, I was asked to return in person just to hear that everything was fine-resulting in an additional consultation fee. This process felt unnecessary and not considerate of patients time or expenses, and also I expected compassionate and attentive care from Yesenia Moya MD but my experience was disappointing. The staff seemed in a hurry, the visit felt rushed, and there was a noticeable lack of empathy. I believe patients deserve more time and understanding, especially in such a sensitive environment.

They are not at all transparent with costs. I understand that a lot comes down to how an insurance company is feeling at a given hour, but for the office to not communicate any mention of even potential cost whatsoever is ridiculous and irresponsible. I went for an annual check up, which required a urinalysis beforehand, and I also ordered an IUD so mine could be replaced. I came out of this appointment with no charge. I go back for my IUD replacement, and they ask for another urinalysis. I felt like this was a bit odd since I was just there 2 weeks prior but alright, I can understand them doing this for every patient upon entry. Since I arrived, the staff has been incredible, attentive, friendly, and very respectful. The nurse who takes the vital signs is very attentive and professional. My doctor is Dr. Lilliam Vargas Bernier, I love her!! Attentive, professional, and knowledgeable in her specialty, gynecology. I recommend her 500%, I feel very happy and satisfied.
