This place took horrible care of my father. We lost him 6 weeks after he was put there. Multiple falls and broken bones. Just because it’s pretty doesn’t make the care good. The only thing that was good was the food.

Terrible communication. It goes right through to the top. You can't get anyone to answer questions or get back to you. The admissions director never gets back to you. Everyone right to the top position just ignores you.

My aunt was at wesley rehab and they treated her with love and respect and compassion and did a phenomenal job with her. We appreciate each and every one of the staff members

Do not send any of your love ones here this place is bad they don't take care of them they don't make sure they are shower my mother loo like she got beat multiple times face covered in bruises busted head to the point of over nine stitches I'm going problem room filthy they rather sit at the desk then take care of them

I am disgusted by the way my Aunt and her Daughter are treated in this Nursing Home, the Springs 3rd floor Nurse Manager does NOT follow the patient bill of rights and has verbally told his staff that they are not to help the family. I am angry and horrified that something like this would even be allowed at Wesley Nursing Care facility, my Aunt is the most gentle sweetest little lady on the planet and for her to be subjected to this kind of treatment is out right ABUSE! I have witnessed for myself what goes on on this floor and it is unfortunate that our seniors who toiled all their lives and have no choice but to be in a facility that claims they care and do not follow through with State and Federal Laws is just SAD!
