The Waterview Woods

Waterview Woods staff are great! Leah, their Administrator, strives to make sure every resident is cared for with the utmost respect and kindness. When I visit, the residents always seem so happy and engaged with the staff!

Do not send people here if you truly care about them.

From 2014, my mother having her room phone unplugged, television unplugged when paralytic from waist down due to her primary power of attorney not attending monthly payments. Luckily she had a cell phone to call me. That was absolutely disgusting. Yes, there was logic in that, but to keep a person with dementia/M.S. alone and in silence in a bedroom? Then her recent death. I won't share how that happened, but the description on her death certificate is vile, and I've only been told it sounds like neglect. This is what I know. I was not there when she passed. I reached out to ask if she was with family or friends at the time of passing and have heard absolutely nothing. It would be nice to know she wasn't alone in death.

Residents and staff are such a tight knit crew. Really feels like family!
