My mother is a patient in the memory unit and I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the staff there. They all are very caring and always call me of any changes with her. It’s a blessing to know she is in good hands.

My loved one is in the Memory Springs side of Roan Highlands. The nurses and CNAs are always so kind and helpful. They are friendly and caring. The specialized activities are nice and Samantha the activity aide is so patient and good with the residents.

I've been doing outpatient physical therapy there recently and am very impressed with the department. The staff members are pleasant, upbeat, professional and well trained.

I am revising my review for memory care staff. The staff s kind and caring although understaffed. The interaction with residents show that they do love and respect the residents.
