The Waterford Care Center

this facility is amazing. The administrator treats the staff and patients/ residents as if they are her own family. They are resourceful and have many hands on practitioners involved to assist with medical needs.

My dad was here for a few months while I was looking for a new place for use to live where his medical supplies would fit.  My dad is not an easy man to get along with and the staff were so nice to him, and many staff members were even able to communicate with him in his language. They were able to get my dad’s health stable and get him up walking and I will be forever grateful. Thank you Waterford healthcare heroes!

Called the facility on behalf of a family member. I can't remember who I spoke with but she was extremely helpful. The family member had many questions and the staff member took her time to answer each and everyone of them. If this call reflects the team and how they work with families, it's a very positive sign.

My dad was at this facility and the care is wonderful! The nursing and therapy department is so kind and respectful. The administrator was so helpful.

This place is good for people who need medical care and need help with things they do every day. They have Spanish speaking staff which is helpful to me and my family. I like it very much
