Great clinic took care of my issues very nice staff felt very clean and comfortable

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I went here for a severe infection. Ive had to call multiple times regarding how they never sent over my prescription. I got no answer. Continued to call. Finally they sent it over after I suffered miserably from waiting days before I could begin treatment. I had a exam done and they sent it to the lab. I called to see the results so I would know what further treatment I needed. I got no answer. I called everyday for two weeks and got no answer. Finally I got an answer and found out the infection was severe and I needed a new prescription. They told me they would send it over and no one ever did. I have called continuously to get my prescription sent and no one did. I desperately need the treatment and I cant get it because they have not sent my prescription.

Horrible service . Didn’t introduce. Lied about sending meds . Never sent them and I was paying out of pocket . Please don’t go here

I came in in bad pain with either a rotator cuff impingement or tear yesterday. I went to pick up medicine and it had not been called in. Called the clinic today and was told it wasn't called in because they didn't have my information. They had my information! She said she would call back at 1230 she did not. I called after 1230 & when someone FINALLY answered I was told (rather rudely) .she didn't know why the receptionist said that because they close at 12. She said she would call it in. It's now after 4 pm and still no medicine!!! They have always been great until now but I will never go back, & will NEVER RECOMMEND again as I have in the past.

Staff are friendly and they are open on Saturdays. We have no insurance and doctor made suggestions on medicine substitute so we can afford it. I like to shout thanks!
