The Vitamin Shoppe

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received at the Vitamin Store in Ventura (Telegraph location). We made our purchase yesterday two chocolate whey proteins and creatine. Today, I brought back ONE unopened chocolate protein to exchange it for vanilla. A simple flavor exchange. Jonas was robotic, dismissive, and repetitive. We were told we would have to pay extra or bring both containers back to do an even exchange. That makes absolutely no sense. I was only exchanging one flavor, not both. Why would I have to pay out of pocket again for the same product, just a different flavor? We have never had an issue doing a simple exchange before. This felt unnecessary and poorly handled. Corporate and management really need to review how situations like this are addressed. Loyal cus

I was welcomed and help was offered immediately. I was looking for creatine and iodine drops and was promptly assisted. I appreciate attention and friendliness.
