The Vitamin Shoppe

The older lady at this location is so rude. Not pleasant at all, never seems to smile, doesn’t even greet me when I come in. She’s got reddish hair, wears glasses and she’s Caucasian. I’ve had three bad experiences going to this location and they are always bad experiences with her. There is a younger man that works here and he is always so kind. Maybe some of his good manners and kindness can rub off on her eventually.

Had a bad experience when coming to the store to buy some items when I saw a sign up front stating “We’ll be back in 30.” I understand there must be a reason but there should be a time stamp to let customers know when to come back. Unfortunately I was one of 6 customers waiting outside with no clue when the store would re-open in the middle of the day during business hours. There is no accountability from the staff, after waiting over 30 minutes, the store remained closed.

Clean store..The person who helped me with an item out of stock was very nice to check to see if it was on the incoming truck..Glad I didn't waste my time coming back for an item they were not getting.

Had a great experience despite the item I initially ordered was t in stock in stores. Lady’s at the register were friendly and helpful.

AGM was rude and had an attitude and when I told her I was given the wrong item she rolls her eyes like it’s my fault horrible service will not return.
