They are perfect for low-income, those on Medicaid. Great customer service and really great staff selection, very friendly people. They are just incredibly busy, and getting through to them for same day requests can prove challenging. Dr. Whitemarsh is super kind.

Great personal service and helped me through cataract procedures to get best care. Dr. W. detailed my eyesight and was supportive through getting best care. Eyeglass Dept is great too.

I absolutely love this office, staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and makes picking glasses so comfortable. I been going for years!! My sons love them too. The only issue I had was location. New patient. Within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment, I was seen by Dr Nelson. Straightforward guy, to the point conversations - What brings you in today? What are your concerns? When it came to picking out glasses, straightforward pricing and no upselling, unlike other places. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson and have scheduled the rest of my family to see him. Caution: Appointments are hard to get, but it's worth the wait.

Optometrist's are good, staff is not so good. Four times called, left a detailed message for my contact reorder. Crickets, not one returned call.
