The Villages of Orleans

Very rude staff members and treats their residents like crap. I was on the phone with a resident and had their roommate push the call bell due to my mom just getting back from the hospital and they put her in bed but did not give her the call bell. When the aid came I she asked her what she needed now and she told her that she rang for her roommate. The aid them proceeded to ask my mom. What she needed now because she did not have time for that because she is trying to feed( not knowing I was on the phone) I then spoke up and said that you DO NOT treat or speak to any resident like that. Then aid then said she was just joking around and thay always talk like that. Guess I will be calling in the morning (due to noone answering the phone tonight) to file a complaint.

The best and well managed facility with proper checks and balances.Good staff resident ratio and a nice diet for residents.I highly recommend it for anyone looking a conducive environment for their loved onces.

Filthy decrepit sorry excuse for a senior care facility! Filthy floor that your sneakers stick to because of dried up urine! Feels like over 100° in there, blinds in the rooms all twisted and broken! They have 0 contact with the staff. Only talk to them for a split second to give them meds. Change their Depends l truly believe only when they have visitors that alert them ! Deplorable place for the elderly, pitiful!!

Under staffed some staffe doesn't speak English out dated rooms

Staff are negligent. Patient waited over an hour just to get off the toilet.. staff is rude, the home does not have proper diets so many of the patients are constipated. Staff will unplug call buttons if you’re too “needy”. Stay away. They don’t care about anyone but themselves.
