The Vein Center at GBMC - Dr. Jennifer Heller

Unsure about the other providers there but I had a lovely experience with Esther, the N.P and Gabby. I was usually in and out within the hour that I didn't have to pay for parking. I used their services last year and then decided to add other stuff do I went back this year. They are meticulous and take great precautions. I mean they really go above and beyond. Their prices are really good. Instead of going to a spa, I'd recommend you take as look at them.

If there was a way to give 0 stars. My appointment was at 7:30. I received an email asking I get there at 7:15. I arrive 7:08. I'm the 1st person there. Two other women arrive after me. At 7:28 Taylor arrives looking very frazzled. She can't get in the office she calla and the door is opened. I go in, 1st. Am i seen 1st ? No! I'm told to undress and wait. I wait, eventually I had to leave. Taylor said they booked 4 people for 7:30. Mind you I was still the first one there. I'll give you one guess on the only difference between me and the woman that was seen before me.

I was really impressed with Jessica the ultrasound tech. She was very helpful with explaining the process with me. The nurse practitioner was very thorough with explaining results of my test. I would have given 5 stars. I did not because, Kristal the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. My first impression was not a good one.

I have been going to GMBC's Vein Center for over a year and a half now for a tattoo removal. I have to pause during the summer months because I tend to be out in the sun a lot which has drawn out the process, but Dr. Esther Kim has been amazing and very careful with the process. If I come in with too much sun exposure, she has me come back at another time to make sure there is no permanent skin lightening. You can tell she really cares about her patients. Highly recommend!

No bedside manner. Noy personable at all. Did not explain the diagnosis. Left having to Google because she came in said the condition and then left. She seemed annoyed with me trying to answer questions which made me feel uncomfortable.
