Dr. Jen is very caring and an excellent physical therapist- highly recommend. My son was getting therapy for his hand and his doctor highly recommended the Vault. I became a patient after wrenching my shoulder and PT was amazing for pain relief.

Dr. Jenn is a miracle for me! Following my knee replacement surgery, traditional physical therapy only treated my knee. My whole body needed help since for 6 years, I was barely mobile. Dr. Jenn has helped me tremendously. Within a few sessions, the pain and discomfort I was having has diminished significantly. I highly recommend The Vault if you need pain relief. You won’t be disappointed! And she’s a wonderful down to earth person. 🫶🏾

I just saw Jen for a session to improve my frozen shoulder. Her amazing knowledge of anatomy combined with skilled manual techniques greatly improved my movement. I walked away feeling so much better. I have exercises and stretches to complete to maintain my improvements. As a fellow OT I can easily RAVE about her kindness, caring, knowledge and skill set. I highly recommend seeing Jen! I love her holistic approach to wellness.

Jennifer is an amazing outstanding occupational therapist who really knows her stuff! Every time I went to see her I honestly learned something new. I suffered a severe tragic motorcycle accident that left me with two a compound fracture, and open fracture in my foot, and a humorous bone snapped right in half. After the emergency surgery I underwent for the compound fractures and after getting discharged from the hospital I literally had no movement what so ever in my whole right arm from the forearm to the shoulders to my wrist to my hands to my fingers. I damaged my radial nerve pretty badly as well in the accident. It was absolutely frustrating for me because I'm a very active person and live a very active lifestyle and now I couldn't do at least half the things I use to do before the a

I had been a client of Jen’s back in 2019 before she opened up her own practice and really had a great experience. After hurting my other arm, I had seen another therapist w very little explanation of what was wrong w me. It felt like I was banging my head against the wall going every week and not getting anywhere. I reconnected w Jen and came to see her and was back on track in a few weeks. Jen gives you the time time and attention you need and is eager to educate her clients to not only get them back where they need to be but stay healthy.
