The Vascular Care Group - Hyannis

From my initial appointment through my Ultrasound follow-up I have been impressed with each and every member of the staff. They have been pleasant, cordial, and helpful throughout the process! I am fortunate to have them guiding me through this procedure. It is comforting to know they are professionals providing care to their patients.

After the ultra sound with a personable tech I saw Katia Rosa who told me what my problem was. It was not good but not as bad as I thought. She explained everything and I understood what I had and how to take care of it. She has a comforting personality and I left there feeling that now that I know what is wrong, we can treat it and I will be feeling much better. Thanks to the whole staff

Blood ran down the sides of my head and collected within my ears. I suggested they place a cotton ball in the ear openings to prevent the flow in but that idea fell upon deaf ears. While driving home I had to stop and try to remove the blood oozing out of my ears. Later that afternoon I had to use Q-Tips to remove more blood from within the ears, plus the stitches hadn’t held and had to apply additional gauze bandages. Not a great experience.

Dr Phillips asked questions that allowed me to be specific about m symptoms, fully explained the exam and the results. He explained how to care for my feet and the relationship with my over 80 age and my neuropathy. His exam was gentle and his respect for me very professional. Staff were professional and supportive. Thank you.

My mother has been waiting to get a follow up ultrasound since December. She’s been constantly rescheduled and now it’s supposed to be in May (which will 90% be rescheduled again). I accompany her to her visits and alter my work schedule to meet her appointment needs then they decide they reschedule. I work night shift and I can’t just be available every time they reschedule us to a different day. Not exactly sure how this office has good reviews but we’ve had nothing but a bad experience. We ended up cancelling any future appointments there.
