MY IVC placement, prior to my total knee replacement, was excellent! Everyone was caring throughout the procedure , and I had zero pain. I am completely satisfied and happy with Dr. Li and his staff, and all the post procedure information and instructions given. I would recommend Dr. Li and his staff to anyone!

Very upset! Need ultrasounds on my leg due to some swelling. They originally tell me I have to make 2 appointments because insurance won’t cover 2 ultrasounds on the same day. So I make arrangements to do this. The day I am supposed to have my second ultrasound and meet with the doctor about the results they call me and tell me I need to schedule a 3rd appointment because they “didn’t see” I needed 2 ultrasounds on my left leg and the doctor doesn’t have time to see me after the 3rd ultrasound. I told them to just do the left leg (the one I have issues with) and I’ll come back for the right leg. They told me the doctor won’t see me until all my ultrasounds are done.
