The Vandergrift Pharmacy

Been confidently with them for over r decades. Paul the pharmacist went outta his way for me. Nothing like a good,..no, GREAT hometown RX!

Not happy with the nonchalant delivery attitude. My mom's doctor called in a prescription on a Friday, and it was not delivered until SUNDAY. She usually goes into the pharmacy for her other meds, but she was too sick to go in. I was happy to find out there was delivery service, until I found out it wasn't actually delivered until 2 days later! It's not like it was cough drops, it was antibiotics. Get your act together if you offer delivery.

It's frustrating, because I know customer service can sometimes be a hassle and demanding with some customers being very rude, but to approach every customer rudely without knowing isn't proper customer service. There's like one cashier that's super sweet, everyone else seems burned out, and not very happy to be there. They open at 9am and it seems like no one there can work a computer, I usually never leave bad reviews but as a pharmacy they definitely lack care and concern for their customers. It almost seems as though they're irritated to do their jobs. I will definitely be changing pharmacies, which is such a shame because Vandergrift pharmacy is so close to my home. They truly need someone to come in and teach 90% of this staff proper people skills.

The best service I've ever received at a pharmacy. Plus, some of their OTC products are the lowest priced that I have found anywhere. They'll even deliver everything to my home if I'm unable to go pick up my meds. That's a very big deal.

This is a horrible pharmacy. If I could give it a quarter of a star I would they are hateful judgemental and don't care unless they really like you. I heard them talk about physical things I can't control. The delivery service does not make sense the guy is nice but you don't have to sign.. what? So I live 300 yards away can't leave my house and get my delivery 2 hours after they deliver. Just weird coincidences. I changed pharmacies and told everyone not to do business there. Plus all their products are overpriced. If they do so much business why aren't all their items on sale at all? Good Luck
