The Town Dentist: Englewood Emergency Dental and Implant Center

Let me start by saying I understand why the office have a 5 star rating. I met w/ Dr. Kristie the 1st time today and although the work was extensive she was thorough in explaining step by step the process and checking in on me in between to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything. Talk about "bedside manner," which is what most doctors lack now a days. Also, I was scheduled for a consult, but when i emailed them past xrays they called me and changed my appt to start the work right away. They could've kept the consult appt., charged my insurance for it and scheduled the work at a later date. No they were very honest and changed the appt according to what I needed. Another point very much in their favor.

This was truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Oleg Cherezov is an exceptional dentist patient, attentive, and incredibly efficient. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, genuinely cared, and explained everything clearly, which made the entire visit stress-free and seamless. I’ve never had a dentist who was this thorough and reassuring. The staff is just as amazing, kind, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend this office more highly.

Respectful, professional and detail oriented; that’s how we felt about the staff, the office space, the hygienist (Eric) and the dentist. My husband and I came in for check up and cleaning and had a flawless experience. From booking the appointment, the check in process as a new patient, X-rays, cleaning, check up and follow up appointment, everything went smoothly. Eric was effective and efficient while being vigilant to any discomfort; thank you for this. Highly recommend

I called their office hoping for a same day appointment “it was an emergency “ they were really nice from the moment they picked up my call, when arrived, they greeted me like they knew me already, needless to say, they fixed my issue within 30 minutes. i am extremely grateful and will definitely return 👌 100% recommended

I visit both their Paramus and Englewood offices, and I have had a great experience in both places. I just visited the Englewood office for some dental work done by Dr. Cherezov. I have no complaints and I can tell that Dr. Cherezov prefers taking his time rather than rushing through procedures. Friendly staff. I'm very glad I found them 🙂
