I can’t say enough wonderful things about this nursing home. AMBER truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. From the nurses to the support staff, everyone is kind, patient, and attentive. They treat residents with dignity and respect, and it really shows in the positive atmosphere throughout the facility. The building is always clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and welcoming. The activities they offer keep residents engaged and active, which brings so much joy to their daily lives. Communication with families is also excellent — they keep us informed and are always willing to answer questions. Knowing my loved one is in such compassionate and capable hands gives me real peace of mind. I highly recommend this nursing home

Amber my mom’s aide was very helpful and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable and took great care of me. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. Thank you, Amber, for doing such a great job.

My mother and I were so pleased with this facility. She was there for Rehabilitation. They were wonderful. Everyone from the Management team, David with PT, Ashley with the nursing staff, and front desk were so caring and supportive. They truly care about their patients. Everyone there she came across was helpful and understanding. I highly recommend putting your loved ones there.

I recommend this facility. Amber the CNA has been incredibly attentive and genuinely caring toward my grandma. She treats her with kindness, patience, and respect, and it truly gives our family peace of mind knowing she’s in such good hands.

I do not recommend this facility. My father was supposed to receive therapy after his stroke, yet he repeatedly told me he was never taken to any sessions — even though Medicare was being billed for them. To be clear, my father is fully alert and aware. He may have a slight slur from the stroke, but he does not have dementia or confusion and clearly communicates what is happening. His emergency call cord was disconnected multiple times, and every time I asked about it, staff gave vague answers. His brand-new clothes also went missing, and no one ever followed up despite promising to “look into it.” Overall, the care felt careless, dismissive, and untrustworthy. With the facility wanting to raise their prices, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your loved ones.
