Katie with the Talk Team has worked with my daughter for the past 3 years and has helped sheppard her along her dyslexic reading journey. I can not say enough wonderful things about her. She is truly a gift from the heavens. She was always caring and compassionate and helped fight for my daughter to receive an IEP as well as providing her the necessary supports to continue her growth. If you have the opportunity to work with her, DO IT!

Katie worked with my son off and on for 2 1/2 year on decoding and reading comprehension. He loved the tele sessions. I wanted an SLP skilled in literacy and that’s exactly Katie’s expertise. My son is doing much better now with A’s & B’s in school. I highly recommend Katie if your child needs help with literacy.

Before Talk Team, my answer would have been YES a thousand times YES! Katie at Talk Team has done so much for our phonemic dyslexic child, much more than providing therapy services. She helped us find resources and identify issues prior to intervention from pediatricians and school resources. She has removed barriers and frustrations or us allowing us to grow and tackle dyslexia as a family. If you are thinking about getting services, run don’t walk to Talk Team! You won’t find anyone better than her. She truly cares about what she does and her experience helps guide you and your child through the process seamlessly!
