The Sugar House Dentist

I called because I had a filling break off and they were able to get me in the day after I called. My experience from the call to the visit was great. The person who greeted me when I walked in and took my payment was fabulous. I want to call out Richard, the dental assistant who has helped me at least twice now. What a kind, incredible human. I feel lucky to have such a great dental assistant who is not only great at their job but seems to genuinely care about people and it shines through. Thank you to the entire team for a great experience! In a world where to me it seems like customer service skills are becoming a lost art, they excel. You guys rock!

Dr. Feringa and her assistant Ellie are the most skilled and gentle dental team I have ever experienced. This is the third crown I've had as an adult, and they were by far the best.

I saw Dr Feringa today and it was great! I had an emergency, one of my teeth broke in half yesterday and they were able to get me in this morning, get the tooth fix and ready to be crowned. I have to go back in 2 weeks for my permanent crown but I am happy I was able to find a place that could get me in and one that did such a fantastic job too. She is an awesome dentist.

I wasn't thrilled at all about this place. I asked for a quote over the phone to get a wisdom tooth pulled but apparently that was classified and they couldn't tell me so I had to physically come in and they won't tell me how much a consultation would be over the phone either. So I get here today I waited about 5 minutes in the lobby then they took me back lay me down on the seat and they looked inside my mouth for approximately 1 minute and said they can't do nothing for me. And I was like awesome I wish you guys could have just told me that over the phone. And then leaving guess what take a wild guess what the bill was??? $96.00 to look inside my mouth to tell me they can't do anything. So I guess they're right here is $96.00 a minute. And then they tried to sell me some overpriced teeth

I was far from home with an extremely painful tooth. Dr Buchman and her Team took me under their wing, fixed me up, and sent me on my way. Same day appointment and repair. Professional. Kind. 5 outta 5! Thank you.
