I highly recommend The Speech Lady! I have 3 kiddos that attend 1-2x/week with varying needs that are all addressed. Initial communication to setup their accounts and find time slots to work with our crazy schedule worked swimmingly. Sheridan is their therapist and always takes time to connect with the kids and make it a fun and engaging experience. Whether it is in person or online (thankfully they offer both), our kids are excited to work with her and "play games". We have seen immense growth and we know this is from the dedication of a staff that truly cares to see their clients succeed.

Our therapist is Amber and she has been wonderful. Our kids have improved so much since they started. I cannot say enough great things about this place and would recommend them to anyone looking for speech therapy.

Chanel is an amazing person and professional who truly cares about every child she encounters. Sheridan has also been extremely caring and has helped my son tremendously with his speech. We are so grateful for the Speech Lady!

This company was extremely dishonest with me regarding their policies, dishonesty and lies isn't a way to deal with families in general. Chanel was very condescending when communicating with me even after I showed her proof that I did in fact communicate with one of her therapist Sheridan via text messages. I didn't have anything to compare with at the time but now that we're with another speech therapy group, this company is LACKING to say the least. RUN! If only one family decides to not have such mediocre therapy after reading my review..we'll, that's great thing. Do your homework!🎤

I would have given this place 5 stars but when I asked for them to make a phone call to my insurance to talk about coverage they refused. They made me feel like they wanted me to continue private pay so they can get more money from me. This is the exact statement on their website: “We also accept private pay clients. While we do not directly bill out of network insurances, we can help you with the reimbursement process by providing all necessary documentation.” This statement on their website is a lie! My son has a very specific speech disorder and this place advertises the therapist as an “Apraxia Kids Specialist,” however if you try to get them to call your insurance so you don’t have to pay full price they refuse to do it.
