The Smilist Dental North Babylon

I had a great experience at this office. The office itself is very nice, and the dentist was kind and professional. However, my standout experience was with the hygienist, Leena. She was extremely thorough with my cleaning, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was also very professional yet personable — she even remembered to ask about my children, which really made the visit feel warm and personal. I truly can’t rave enough about my experience with Leena and would highly recommend this office because of her exceptional care.

I recently visited this location after previously going to their Medford office. While the Medford location was pleasant, the North Babylon office has officially become my go-to. Tamara, my dental hygienist, was amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She gave me helpful tips in a way that was kind, respectful, and never judgmental. You can tell she goes out of her way to ensure patients never feel embarrassed or uncomfortable — which is rare. Many doctors and dentists offer advice in a way that makes you feel bad, but Tamara is the opposite. She’s truly exceptional.

Lucy, the hygienist, is AMAZING! The second I walked in she made me feel so comfortable. Not for a second did I feel judged or ashamed of my visit. I felt welcomed and respected and that’s how every dental visit should ALWAYS be. Dr. Fishman was just as great! Thank you Lucy and Dr. Fishman, for once I’m actually looking forward to coming back. Will definitely recommend!!!

Debbie is hands down the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She is incredibly gentle, thorough, and makes the entire appointment feel calm and comfortable. She takes the time to explain what she’s doing, answers questions without rushing, and genuinely cares about her patients. I always leave feeling well cared for and confident in my dental health. Highly recommend her!

First of all this place is nice. It does not have the that outdated dentist office feel like everywhere else. The waiting room is nice and roomy and the staff is super nice and helpful. They get you checked in right away and they bring you to the back with very little wait. Once in the chair they started right away. Dr. Howard was efficient and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue right away and come up with a solution. It’s was the easiest trip to the dentist I ever had. I have already recommended the practice to several people.
