Yesterday, I had a wonderful experience with The smilist Dental Dayton & team. I had a great experience at this dental clinic, Staff member Brinda was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. The office was clean, organized, and comfortable. Dr. Ali Manzar took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt relaxed during the entire procedure. I truly appreciated the gentle care and attention to detail. Dr.Ali Manzar and Staff member Brinda are worked efficiently and made the visit smooth and stress-free. Very rude and would want to give 0 star rating. Would not recommend this place. They have no patience on speaking even for appointments and stuff. I have never had this worst experience in and around Dayton area any time before. The front office people who handle the scheduling had been really rude. When I told that I am trying to get the sealant appointment before my son is going to have his Braces, they had no patience to listen to my request and immediately said the current appointment is cancelled and hung up the phone being rudest.My Son is just 13 years old and this the care they give for kids at this dental office.My Son is getting his braces from Smilelogic and now I am worried if I would want to continue with them. These two offices are nearby and not sure will behave the same

Came by after a busy few years to get some cavities filled, the staff did a great job taking me in right away and helping me without judgement ! Great team and great work overall by Dr. Amin, Breinda, and Jackie! Huge shout out to the front desk receptionist! She always helped me out in the past and even with this past visit.

I’ve been going to this practice a very long time. The staff remains professional and the care is STELLAR! Dr. Amin is my new favorite! I don’t know what her hands have been blessed with but as someone with a very low tolerance for pain, I am beyond impressed with her gentle and precise work! Ayanna has done my deep cleaning more than once and is also amazing at taking her time, explaining the process and addressing concerns proactively. Lastly, Brinda, has assisted multiple dentists, I’ve seen at this practice and is invaluable to the quality of care. She is always 10 steps ahead and takes every opportunity to ensure I’m calm, comfortable and receive white glove treatment! Front Desk is very much GIVING VIP! Love them! I started off as a patient with Dr. Nima Mir Madjlessi, DDS,MSD,PA at Doctors of Dental Medicine Affiliated with The Smilist Dental on January of 2025. Since then, I’ve been back and forth between my insurance and this provider. The staff are extremely rude and show true contempt for the patient. They forgot to charge me for diagnostics to be sent for insurance for reimbursement. I only found out about the charges by seeing the explanation of benefits. The office claimed they filed the claim for the ultimate procedure several times but did not as confirmed by insurance. I did a three way call with the insurance rep and the office. The receptionist refused to be part of the call. I have had multiple instances of the staff promising to send me documents by the end of day and me having to cal
