I am 54 years old and have a huge fear of going to the dentist, I have been several dental offices in the past year and never went back! The minute I walked into the Smilist I felt extremely welcomed. As I walked up to the girl's at the front desk my anxiety started to dissipate, all of the girls were so nice to me showing the utmost of respect and care. Now... I go to the room I fear the chair! The girl who took my full mouth x-rays was amazing with care, gentleness and we even laughed together. Now it's time, Dr. Leary came in and he was absolutley amazing as he checked my teeth and took the time to go over every single one and what needed to be done. Took me over a year to get an appointment at this place finally I get an appointment. They expect you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment timing which OK I arrived a little bit earlier maybe like 25 minutes Only because I had no transportation and I had to take two buses to get to where I needed to go. I arrived there at 1:30 mind you my appointment was for 2 o’clock again I walked in The front desk I’m not sure what her name was don’t care for it, but she was very rude and immediately expected me to walk out and to wait outside for another 30 minutes because they were at lunch. They’re all just sitting in the floor Talking away, which is fine I could’ve just sat down filled out the paperwork like they said in the prompt. As soon as you walk in the office you are greeted by the nicest front young ladies i have encountered in a dental facility. The dentist was extremely nice. He took his time to listen to my son's concerns and gave him some advice to boost his confidence. The technician was very nice did her job with kindness and empathy, and the dental hygienist was very nice as well. Showing concerns if my son had any pain or discomfort during his cleaning. I would really recommend this dental facility to anyone that needs dental work.

This place is horrible. Went here one time for a PRELIMINARY CLEANING that is obviously fully covered by insurance. They told me I HAD TO get a x-ray to get a cleaning and I didn’t have a choice. Then I get a bill for the x-ray even though that was a part of the PRELIMINARY exam. They never said I had to pay separate for that and it was a part of the cleaning. When I tried to call the office and dispute it, they don’t even answer their office phone- what do the receptionists do if they’re not answering phones like they should be? To this day a credit company is bothering me for $50 I shouldn’t have been charged. They also tried to say I had four cavities that needed to be filled in, and when I went to my next cleaning elsewhere they said my teeth were PERFECT. Big scammers, save your $ and

First time here and I must say the staff and office are lovely and did a great job. I came during holiday season and the decorations alone were amazing. Everyone from front desk, the techs, the dentist and the hygienist were all so professional and efficient. The only fly in the ointment was some guy who was running around trying to look useful by telling everyone to hurry up. I had just been sat in the chair and he came in telling the girls to hurry up when they’d just started my X-rays. Then I heard him reprimanding someone else for “rushing” in the hall. Definitely wouldn’t want to work with that guy, that is pretty unprofessional to barge into a room barking demands, especially with a patient in the room. But otherwise everyone else was great.
