Excellent attention from the beginning of my visit. Helen Clearly explained to me all following procedures of my visit. Andres the manager and old friend from Miami like always friendly and helpful from start to end of my visit. And Dr Karl and assistant Margareth super patient and professional during the whole procedure. I felt no pain and no discomfort at all. I highly recommend the smile mission central Orlando. Overall excellent staff, professional, with super clean and modern equipments. Definitely 5 stars service to my smile mission friends.

I had such an amazing experience at Smile Mission Dental! The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. The doctor did an outstanding job and made me feel completely comfortable. They were able to fit me in even with a busy schedule, which I truly appreciated. Going to the dentist has always been a major source of anxiety for me, but I truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Karl and his entire staff. From the moment you walk in, everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind, which immediately helps put you at ease. Dr. Karl is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I never feel overwhelmed or unsure about what’s happening. I also have to give a special mention to Margaret, she is one of the sweetest and most compassionate people I’ve ever met. She talks you through each step, is so gentle and caring, and genuinely makes the experience so much more comfortable. This is the best dental office we’ve been to! Dr. Karl and staff are kind, courteous, and attentive. My husband went in with an emergency and was able to be seen as a new patient same day and received excellent care. We went with my daughter after my husband’s experience and they were just as great for my daughter. Dr. Karl is very calm and very patient. He explained everything in detail and took his time to make sure my daughter and I were comfortable with the treatment plan. Dr. Karl was also very patient and kind with his staff during the very busy day when we were there. How a doctor treats his staff says a lot to me.
