I want to leave my heartfelt appreciation for Dr. Carrillo and the entire team. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed, and I couldn’t have felt more safe, supported, and genuinely cared for. From the very first moment, every detail was handled with so much attention, kindness, and patience that the whole experience became so much lighter for me. The procedure was smooth, and my recovery has been amazing!!! no pain, no swelling, and no complications at all. This truly reflects the professionalism, dedication, and warmhearted care of everyone in the office. It’s clear how competent and dedicated the entire team is to our well-being. I recommend them with complete confidence. I’m deeply grateful for everything you did for me.

It appears that Google reviews are the only form of communication that receives a response. I have called both office numbers multiple times, sent emails and text messages, left voicemails, and spoken with the receptionist, yet I have not received a single call back. Please review this matter and communicate with your team to ensure these unacceptable and unprofessional communication practices do not continue. Prompt and reliable communication is essential for patient care and maintaining trust. Additionally, dismissing concerns by suggesting that a patient is not in your system does not resolve the issue or improve service quality. I am dissatisfied with the service I received from Doctor Carrillo. I don’t think he is interested in the wellbeing of the patients that visit that particular office. He is more aligned with the monetary aspect than putting the patient dental priorities first..

I had a wonderful experience at The Smile Home, the staff is very professional and caring. Dr. Carillo is amazing. I would definitely recommend his dentist clinic.

DO NOT do any business with these fraudulent organization. They will scam you with a basic cleaning and exam at 145 and then try to force you to spend 1000$ for something they call « deep cleaning ». They will not release your X-rays since they believe they belong to them.
