I’ve been coming to this office for years and now even more true to my kids having braces with Dr.Richard who’s amazing! The staff from the front to the back are so polite. Ive been meaning to put a review for the office and never did until now! I can say Liz at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She always makes sure I’m in and out of the office quickly, by already knowing who my kids and myself are from walking in and any questions or concerns I have, I go straight to her because she always has the answers!!! She makes me feel confident and comfortable every time I bring my kids in, and she’s a huge reason why I never hesitate to come back!!!!!! I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The staff was welcoming and professional, and I want to especially thank [Liz] for being so kind and attentive. She made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. [Nick] was outstanding, very professional, knowledgeable, and gentle. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease. I truly appreciate the great care I received and highly recommend this office.

I’ve been to this office so many times with my kids, and have nothing bad to say about any of the staff members or office. There was one person who has stuck out to me most and has always helped me with so much and she is so respectful in helpful with all the information needed, everytime I call I always ask for her to help me because she always does. The last visit I was there I was finally able to get her name, is Liz. Liz is always in the front, and I will recommend for anyone who calls for an appointment or wants to speak to front desk, you can ask for Liz and she will always point you in the right direction with all information you need. She’s an amazing person inside out, with my kids and myself. Highly recommend this office for your kids!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It was pouring rain, and despite arriving on time and completing all the registration steps, they showed zero patience or flexibility. My daughter was just a few minutes late, and they offered no assistance or understanding at all. Extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating. I strongly advise against choosing this place. Never again.
