My family and I will not be returning. We have experienced multiple last-minute cancellations, which have been very inconvenient. While I do understand emergencies can occur, nearly every appointment for my children and me has been canceled, each time with different reason. This repeated disruption suggests our time and needs are not valued. We will be seeking services elsewhere.

My 4 children had an appointment 10/14/2025. The receptionist was very welcoming and polite and we had a great conversation. The dental assistants were extremely friendly and reassuring & made the entire experience very pleasant. I recommend them to anyone who has children who are nervous about visiting the dentist. They were wonderful.

Today my four children had dental cleaning. We had a great visit. I am very pleased with the staff and service—everyone is really polite and welcoming. We have been coming here for a while, and every time we visit, we have a great experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through from this office. I have made multiple attempts by phone and email to get an update regarding my dental treatment and to schedule the necessary repair for my tooth. Despite repeated outreach, I received no response. I am still sitting with a temporary repair that was only supposed to last a couple of weeks, and it has now been a full month with no follow-up or assistance from the office. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that my insurance was already billed for a procedure that has not been completed. I find it unacceptable to charge for services that have not been finished and then completely ignore the patient afterward. I expect much better from a dental provider communication, accountability,

I was surprised that our entire experience from receptionist Leah, to X-ray technician Jason and Dr. Colby, was filled with kindness and professionalism. Often there’s one “fly in the ointment”, but not here. The staff is genuinely interested in each patient’s wellbeing. They are just so natural and ready to help. They treated us respectfully and showed concern for our problem. When I asked the doctor if he had been a student of Midwest Dental School, he was surprised I knew. I told him my experience with Midwest was great and I figured he must’ve graduated from there. The staff gets you in as quickly as possible. They treated us well and with respect. We’ll be back.
