I would like to say the staff is not in question, but being on the second floor with an elevator out, it makes one wonder why the location would be on the second floor for a medical venue who often have disabled people. The Staff says the building management was dragging their feet on repairs but the idea of a place like this was opened on the second floor must come as a economic one as rent/lease may be cheaper but if you get cancellations, how is this a profit?

"Dr.'s" unethical intent is solely to up-sale you on an in-office study! Even with a confirmed report of severe sleep apnea, this "Dr" puts the pressure on to force patients to agree to yet another in-office study. When we refused, her demeanor soured and she was visibly upset. Furthermore, she lied about us having access to only one medical supply company for the C-Pap machine (probably one she gets kick backs from). Finally, her attempt to intimidate us with her fast-paced sale pitch using medical terminology failed. I know that vocabulary, Doc, as does any educated person.

I have been trying to get a sleep study for weeks. Someone answered the phone 1 time and I was on hold for over 10 mins then the phone hung up. I can’t get anyone to answer now. This is insane, shut the place down if you’re not going to service patients. I have no desire to even deal with them now. Don’t waste your time, you won’t even be acknowledged!

Customer service at this location is terrible. Called over 5 times to talk with operator and out to voice mail each time. Walked in and no one waiting. Followed by being told my appointment for today is next week. Terrible experience hope the owners review and make adjustments.
