The Skin Clinic

Was confused on the reason for my visit. My nurse had an attitude when she first came in & told me "we dont do that here" when I told her about the cyst on my wrist. I was completely caught off guard by her response & tone of voice. I tried to ask questions but I was given an ugly look & more "you'll have to go somewhere else". I noticed the exam room was filthy & had what looked like blood on the side of the counter. When the "Dr" came in w/ the nurse she was speaking very fast & repeated the same thing a the nurse. I found it odd that they couldn't remove a ganglion cyst so I asked what the referral said. That's when I realized the appointment was for a mole on my shoulder. She briefly touched & looked at it & declared it was scar tissue. I tried to tell her it was a bump that has gro

They removed a spot on my lower leg! Never felt a thing. Im glad I went had it done. Everyone has been very polite and gets it done quick

I had a skin check done by Dr. Julie. (Forgot her last name) She was kind, thorough with examination, and gentle with biopsy. Dr. Archer removed a mole for me. He was also super nice and has a calm nature that puts you at ease. Both of these doctors were so sweet. I deal with a little anxiety after getting local anesthetic and they were patient and understanding with it. Nurses were all great too! You can tell the staff really cares and treats patients well. 😁

I had a minor procedure, but the incision healed perfectly. I was very impressed by how compassionate the doctor was to me ,and the assistance. These days kindness and healthcare don’t always go hand and hand, this clinic is top notch in all areas .I will be back Thank you so much ☺️

Do not use this clinic. Since Julie left, it is terrible. Just sat for an hour and half past my appointment time and eventually had to leave because I was still no where near getting in. The rest of the world operates on schedules, but they don’t know how. Didn’t even tell us they were that far behind when checking in.
