They are always so nice and kind to everyone that enters. There is usually no waiting to get to the back and the rooms are quite comfortable. I like stretching out on the table and watching YouTube videos or reels while I wait for the Doc!

I recently had shoulder surgery under the care of Dr. Lynch and his amazing team. Not only is this man an incredible surgeon, he is also beautifully humble, personable and cares deeply for his patients. I have never had a surgeon call the night before a surgery to tell me they are prepared for my arrival and that I will be in the best hands. He made himself readily available before and after surgery for any questions or concerns. I have never experienced this level of care! I highly recommend Dr. Lynch and The Treasure Valley Hospital. In September I had the pleasure of having Dr. Joseph Lynch perform a total shoulder replacement for me. Not only did the surgery go as well as possible but the follow up by Dr. Lynch and his excellent staff was superb. I had my 3 month followup yesterday and the x-rays showed a perfect surgery and recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Lynch for your surgery and oh by the way, who ever heard of a surgeon calling you the night before surgery to reassure you that everything was going to be fine? Wow!

Amazing Dr. And his staff is top of the line. Dr. Lynch and staff have done 2 surgeries and the results are amazing. Total shoulder replacement and elbow clean up. It has removed the extra pain i was having and brought feeling back to all my fingers. Recommended for any arm related issues. Dr. Lynch has amazing knowledge and treats clients with respect and care. Only DR to ever call me and check on me.

The staff were all amazing. Dr. Lynch is fabulous. He helped with diagnosing the correct problem with my shoulder. He and his staff were great using first nonsurgical options and when those didn't work getting me into surgery as quickly as possible. Dr. Lynch even called me before and after surgery to check on me. How awesome. I am extremely pleased.
