The Shen Den

I'm a mom of two (3 and 6). I had a massage with Rebecca. It was a complete pleasure. I couldn't get a babysitter, so my baby slept in the stroller while my 5-year-old curled up on the floor in a puddle of pillows and blankets (provided by Rebecca). We felt so comfortable and relaxed. The ambiance in the room, Rebecca's gentle presence...She even had healthy snacks on the counter. The massage was so restorative, and I left with a sense of peace I haven't been able to access for some time. As a mom, it's so important to nourish yourself too, and Rebecca made it easy. The Shen Den is truly a hidden gem. Rebecca, the owner, has created such a calming, peaceful space with the most relaxing energy the moment you walk in. Every session feels intentional and restorative. Rebecca is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients and her practice. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows in every massage. Hands down, this is the best massage I’ve ever had I leave feeling completely relaxed and reset every single time. I’m so blessed to have found Rebecca! I’ve been going to The Shen Den consistently for a couple of months and it has absolutely improved my chronic pain. I legitimately cried at the end of our first session because she created such a safe space and allowed me to let go of all of the tension I was holding not only in my body, but in my heart. After a long week of intense strength training and cardio, my body was sore and in need of recovery—so I visited Rebecca’s Red Den. I did 15 minutes of red light therapy followed by 15 minutes in the sauna, and the difference I felt afterward was incredible—both physically and mentally. It’s easy to get caught up in daily stress, but taking that time for myself in such a calm, clean, and comfortable space truly lifted my mood and overall well-being. Rebecca is incredibly attentive and walks you through everything beforehand, making the experience even more relaxing.
