The Rx Helper

It's was very nice I got my medication that I need for the year. Was sent a three months supply and RX Helper called to confirm it made it to me. I said yes was very happy to receive the meds. She told me my next ship would be in April. Additionally I was told that we would have to renew in late November or early December for the following year. Thank you .

Hopefully things will move a little faster after speaking with Walter. It is difficult to reach someone at your office by phone. Walter made me feel better by his attention to the matter at hand. I did appreciate hs concern.

Henri was polite and very helpful. Making a transition from one medication to another could have been a nightmare, but he made it easy. They send docs to both patient and doctor and accept them back via mail, or fax. Great to do business with and I really needed them to help with the costs of my prescriptions, which I couldn't afford otherwise. Thank you RX Helper!

George called, was very understanding that I was hesitant to provide info. After checking the call back number he gave, I confirmed he was legit and tried to call back. After a lengthy wait, I left a message for Rx to call me. That happened today. In the interim, got a USPS letter and an email confirming my membership and 3 packages of the requested meds. Very impressed. Hope George gets a raise because he is a very nice man and kept his promises.

UPDATE… They did refund the monthly payments but kept the 60$ start up fee. ( original post) I paid for a service and received absolutely nothing in return. After taking the initial signup fee, they charged additional “service fees” without providing any actual service. When I asked for a refund, they told me the fees were “non‑refundable,” even though no work was ever done. I cancelled immediately, but they still refused to return the money. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I want others to be aware before signing up. I’ve documented everything and am pursuing this through my bank and the appropriate consumer protection channels.
