The Rehabilitation Center at Jefferson Hills

While the facility itself is older and nothing fancy, it is welcoming and warm enough and full of a team of very caring qualified professionals, which is what really matters. We appreciate the conference they had to go over everything when we first got there. They kept us informed throughout Dad's care. Very accommodating and confident in caring for those in their charge. We watched Dad continue to improve until the time came for discharge. We came to really like the staff and will miss them. So nice to know there is a place that truly cares.

I spent a month at Jefferson Rehab for wound care. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. The surroundings were pleasant, warm and welcoming. I had a patient and friendly therapy staff, they understood limitations to injuries and adapted sessions to personal needs. They were family friendly as well, they answered all questions my husband asked and included him in discussions.

My father stayed at this facility for twenty days, and our experience was very positive. The management team met with us early on to develop a thoughtful and personalized care plan. The staff members who interacted with him daily were kind, friendly, and truly attentive to his needs. He enjoyed the meals that were served, and the facility was clean and well-kept. While it could benefit from a little updating, it was always maintained with care. What has impressed me most is the continued follow-up after his stay — the team has reached out several times to check on his progress and ensure his in-home care is going smoothly. I deeply appreciate their compassion and well-being.

My time at the rehabilitation center at Jefferson Hills was a helpful and caring time. The management staff was pleasant and helpful. The nursing staff and nurses aids were kind, considerate and very respectful. The only thing I would say to change is the food. When you can't eat the food you are not going to heal. I also wanted to let you know the nurses were wonderful. They listened to you and your concerns and took action immediately. Also while there were many nurses aides there were 2 in particular that deserves credit for their kindness and patience. Never once did they make you feel uncomfortable.
