Karalee Watts is a great Physician Assistant. She is very thorough and kind. She rechecked my blood pressure at the end of the visit cause it was a little high in the beginning. I've never had a doctor do that or spend half as much time with me. The other staff are all very friendly, though I can't speak for any of the doctors as I haven't interacted with them.

Today was my first appt here and it was awesome! Minus the long wait to be called back (which was totally worth it), I got to meet my new PCP, which was their PA Anita, and she is AMAZING! As a patient coming from John Hopkins, and being in the medical field myself, my standards were pretty high, and she exceeded them! I've never had a provider sit down with me for more than a few minutes, and actually get to know my medical needs and my concerns. She sat there and listened, gave great feedback, and asked all the right questions! I got to spend a lot of time talking to her, and I left completely happy and satisfied! I'm actually looking forward to my 1 month follow up with her!

Worst doctors office ever. Every single time I went, I had a different doctor even though I was assigned a specific doctor. They never contacted me in an way to let me know results of my tests. No matter how early you get there, they were always late for appointments. They were an hour and a half late for last appointment I had while I still lived in the area. Also the last time I was there, an older lady needed help with the sign in tablet, and NONE of the front desk girls offered to help her. I would not recommend this office.

I have been coming to this doctors office since 2015. They have the best bedside manner. Dr A and his team have outstanding bedside manner. The medical assistant’s are very pleasant. I referred a co worker and this is what she texted me about her experience “ I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you. We have to do lunch one day I went to the doctor’s appointment he was so nice I got Bloodwork done today and I got my prescription there I appreciate you telling me about him so much.” Dr A deserves another award for the service that he provide’s to the community/patients. I love everything about my experience at this practice!!

The Doctors are very professional, so nice and knowledgeable. The facilities are clean and nice, however: Every time i've been there I have had to wait 30-60 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Also the front desk staff are only sort-of nice, most of the time they can be short or seem disinterested. I want to love this place because I really like my Doctor but I hate having to go, deal with the possibly-irritable front desk staff and then wait 30 minutes to an hour to be seen. For now i'll keep going because finding a good doctor is tough.
