I cannot say enough great things about Jenny. Scheduling was a little tough, but that's only because she's busy, because she so great. I'm hear 2 weeks out from my 6 week touch up and my brows look awesome. I am not a makeup tutorial kind of gal, but wanted polished looking brows with no effort. That is exactly what I got. After my touch up, I had an allergic reaction to my soap. Jenny was knowledgeable and compassionate. She gave me clear instructions on what to do, and what not to do. She followed up with me to ensure I was healing well. As a nurse myself, I was very impressed with Jenny's understanding of the body and how it reacts to different products.

First this is not a false review nor done with bad intent. This is simply meant to inform people of my experience. I had five rescheduled meetings due to various reasons most were last minute. I also provided a deposit in the amount of $450 and chose not to go with her services due to the reviews I read and I had to file a dispute with my credit card in order to get the money back 60 days later.

She was a no-show for my appointment and didn't bother to call me back after I left her a voicemail. There is much better out there! Show me your call log, I'd love to see how many times you are claiming you called me. You NEVER called me so stop trying to cover your tracks now.

Jenny was so personable and kind. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable during the entire process. I am so happy with my brows and I can’t wait to send my friends! Thank you so much Jenny!

She is an incredible artist with the brows! So extremely pleased with her work! She also happens to be a wonderful woman, so thankful! Can't wait to see her again 👍 definitely recommend
