⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Prescription Shop is truly one of a kind. The owner, April, is incredibly personal and has built the most amazing team. Every time we walk in or DRIVE THRU, we are greeted by wonderful ladies who genuinely treat you like family. Kim and Jamie usually help with our pickups, and they are absolutely the best — friendly, efficient, and always caring. Honestly at this point I feel like I was on more medication so I could visit more! 🙈hahaha Our prescriptions are ready within hours when we call them in, and the service is consistently fast and reliable. My husband and I love this pharmacy and will never go anywhere else. We’ve tried others, and nothing compares to the care and experience we receive here. Highly recommend!

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. The staff was unprofessional and dismissive. When I attempted to speak with April, it was clear she had already formed an opinion without hearing my side of the situation. She claimed I was yelling, despite the fact that I was speaking calmly. Additionally, the staff stated they had not spoken with me, even though they had contacted my doctor’s office twice—there is a clear trail of communication. Rather than approaching the situation professionally and considering both perspectives, April was unnecessarily rude. For anyone seeking professional, accurate, and honest service, I would recommend choosing a different pharmacy. I will be going above and beyond to make sure no one else will encounter the blatant lies that was shown to me.

This pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy I have ever been with! They are efficient when it comes to needing my prescriptions on time, and all of the employees are nothing but respectful, kind and hard working!
