The Prescription Center

Customer service is terrible. I see multiple reviews saying the same thing over months, so I’m not sure why nothing has changed. The woman who answers the phone always sounds like she’s being inconvenienced. Prescriptions aren’t filled in a timely manner either. Today I called two hours after leaving urgent care to confirm that they’d received my antibiotic prescription and (after a pretty rude greeting) the answer was “oh that came in today? That’s not ready.” I’m confused. Is it not typical to fill antibiotics same day? That’s been my experience at any other pharmacy. I should be starting those meds tonight. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

The pharmacy tech (believe her name is Rachel?) is soo nice and so helpful! She’s always so kind and funny. I’m so glad I found this pharmacy after Rite Aid went out of business. The staff is so personable and really go above and beyond to help. I just wanted to recognize how great she is and she’s super funny making you feel comfortable and welcomed.

They took a week to fill my controlled substance after I ran out and I experienced withdrawal symptoms. Then, they wouldn't accept the welfare voucher like they said they would. Finally, the next day, after my social worker called them AGAIN, they accepted the voucher and gave me my medication. Is this even a pharmacy or a front for money laundering? It doesn't seem like a pharmacy. The pharmacist in charge is competent but the person how answers the phone and assists as well as the other pharmacist are extremely incompetent, don't do their jobs when the boss isn't around, and are extremely rude.

Unbelievable. Staff is ignorant & rude & have no customer service skills. Glad I know they choose ordering their lunch over the phone while 6 people wait in line; come to find out prescription can’t be filled; even tho it was sent in 5 days prior. 0/5

Our medically complex son needed an antibiotic (the day after Thanksgiving and he needed to take it by a certain time or we were going to have to go to the ER again) all other pharmacies in the concord area where his scripts normally get sent were out of it and wouldn’t be able to obtain it for at least 5 days. Mike was able to compound the medication and have it ready for us within a few hours. This type of service is not something you will find elsewhere. I highly recommend!! Just picked up another script for my son today and it was still the same level of service! We will be using the Prescription Center from now on! Thank you all!
