The Pill Box

Extremely rude, and unethical. My daughter's prescription wasn't ready the first time we arrived. When we came back, we stood in line again, then informed us they didn't fill the prescription, because they didn't have our insurance information, which they didn't ask for previously, or attempt to contact the doctor's office that sent it over. Then they tried telling me my daughter's d.o.b wasn't matching whatever they were looking up. I had the prescription sent over to a different pharmacy, and didn't have an issue. Typical close minded small town people. They get insecure with people that aren't from their town, and create drama.

Very convenient and Connie is always helpful and nice. Unfortunately not everybody is nice or even patient with the customers. Also our co-pays seem higher than our previous pharmacy in Elko. Sadly, may have to go back to Elko. Other than Connie, the customer service is about the same and it may be less costly. Not sure I understand why. :(

The pharmacist claimed my insurance wasn't covering any of my prescription. I called my insurance and they said a claim from the pill box had been approved and that my prescription was fully covered. I assumed the pharmacy just made a mistake. I went back and asked them to check again, saying I had just gotten off the phone with my insurance. The pharmacist raised his voice at me and told me they were lying. Don't go here. Or if you do, call your insurance to make sure they aren't taking advantage. Very gross business. Every other pharmacy I've experienced in elko is cheaper and kinder. Edit: After reading the pill box's reply I'd like to add this: I was told by a man working there my prescription was not covered at all. While I understand prices may vary, claiming I was not at all covere

People were very nice. The pharmacist was very helpful and informative. They had my prescription ready before I got there!? Wonderful.

The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, the pharmacist is SUPER FAST ! I have never waited over 10 minutes. It is worth the drive to Spring Creek...trust me.
