The Pharmacy at Evergreen

Serious privacy violations, negligence in dispensing medication, and a complete failure of communication. On 12/23, Evergreen received a prescription for my daughter that required ordering and would take 24 hours to fill. I was informed of this and understood the process. On 12/24 at 2 PM, I went to pick it up and was met with a locked door and a sign stating the pharmacy closed at noon and would reopen on the 26th. At noon on 12/26, Evergreen called asking if I wanted my refill and my daughter’s refill delivered. I declined and said I would come in after my shift at 3 PM. During that call, I specifically asked which prescriptions were ready, as my daughter is terminally ill and relies on these medications. I was explicitly told that the prescription received on 12/23 would be ready by 4

A game changer if you have trouble keeping track of med refills and pickups like me! They deliver for free and idk what they magic do behind the scenes but i never have to call my providers for refills. Love them

I go to Evergreen health for just about all my health care needs and I also utilize the food pantry. When I go there for this service I also pick up prescriptions from the pharmacy. If I am not traveling there they provide free delivery services. The pharmacy staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable and I feel no need to go elsewhere

I’m always on hold for like 20 minutes and then the phone rings and they hang up on me :( it’s really frustrating trying to get medication from here, when I picked it up earlier they changed my medication without saying anything and didn’t give me one of the medications. I really hope they get better, they’re nice when they don’t decline the call I’ve been on hold for for so long :( does this happen to anyone else? Also if you’re reading this please change the hold song it’s so infuriating to listen to its terrible

Never had an issue until recently where I was not getting my script delivered and called three times waited 20 minutes each time the third time I called it was delivered but I got no notification of this so someone took my script and the pharmacy did not make this right even after making me wait over an hour when i came in person with me stating they cannot use insurance because they already sent scripts should just switch to walgreens at this point because they deliver too
