The Pharmacy at Emory

On today's date 11-21-25 @ approximately 1025-1030am I received a call from Shalonda in reference to my med delivery. Shalonda was VERY RUDE when I asked whom I was speaking to due to her asking my date of birth and my not having heard to whom I was speaking with prior to giving out my personal info. Shalonda proceeded to say " I SAID SHALONDA", her tone was so RUDE at which time I asked to speak to a Supervisor due to her being so RUDE. Shalonda then told me to hold on and proceeded to hang up on Me. I called back and spoke to the Pharmacist, Kim at which time I voiced my complaint. I've NEVER had a problem with Emory nor ANY of the Staff until this experience. I ALWAYS boast the Emory IS THE BEST! I hate to have to say anything negative.

They don't bother to call you when your script is ready and if they decide to close for an unscheduled staff meeting and leave you standing at the door for 30 mins, they refuse to validate the extra parking time required. Be prepared to call them regularly to check on your Rx status and budget accordingly

I love this pharmacy! Mrs. Emma and Mrs. Barbara I missed the fedex pickup for my meds and Mrs. Emma literally went the extra miles to take them to fedex herself to be sure I received my meds on time! Mrs. Barbara listen attentively and understood my concerns very quickly and was able to get thing turned around immediately. Still smiling! Thanks ladies!! 😁
