They did amazing with my Smokie. It was a last minute decision. THE HARDEST DECISION EVER. They were patient and very gentle with my fur baby and let me know everything they were doing. Gave me time grieve with my baby and didn't rush me. It was greatly appreciated. They helped with older dog last year. GOOD VET TO GO TO.

My experience with this clinic was deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend them based on the series of preventable issues, miscommunication, and misleading information I encountered. 1. Poor Planning and Zero Post‑Op Access to a Doctor I scheduled a dental cleaning and lumpectomy (which was to remove a tumor from under the cat's tongue) for a rescued feral cat on a Friday morning. The surgeon informed me she would be leaving halfway through the day to start her vacation. What I was not told until later is that this clinic has a strict policy: no phone access to a veterinarian after hours for any reason, even immediately after surgery. Scheduling this type of procedure on a Friday while offering no post‑operative doctor phone access is irresponsible and puts both pets and owners in

Amazing staff. They kept me informed and made me feel good about taking my cat here. They made sure to tell me the info of the care he needs and made sure I understand every part of the process. Highly recommended

They treat your pets really well and are very knowledgeable! I love how the vetnarian took the time to care for my dog and didn't just throw prescriptions at me! The price is reasonable as well!

I’m not one to leave reviews online and my pet is not a first time patient at The pet hospital, however I did not like the way I was treated over the phone. I called to reschedule my appointment and it seems like they kept putting me on hold and then dropping the call. I called 40 mins before closing time and out of those 40 mins was placed on hold 3 times, the call would redirected to voicemail after 10 min and then drop. I get it’s Friday and right before closing but I’m trying to get the appointment updated with time bc I know the weekends the hospital is closed. It wasn’t until I called as new patient that she finally answered the phone. Once she realized I was the same person calling back she seemed to have a aggravated tone with me as if I was a bother.
