The Pediatric Center, Inc

We are very thankful for the pediatric center. I've been taking my kids here for 7 years and they've always been respectful of my wishes ,listened carefully when I had concerns, and went out of their way to help my children. Anytime we set foot in the office it is always a positive experience.

I have had 3 kids go to this office from birth. Both of my sons aged out and my daughter is currently 14! We love Alicia(I believe is her name)!! I live on the other side of town closer to a different office and drive across town to go to this office! I ALWAYS recommend the office to everyone I know!

Always get in on time. Everyone is friendly and caring. My daughter told me she likes to go to the doctor because eveyone is nice.

Im a single mom , brought my daughter in on a day I was not my best . I had came from work and had a migraine the whole day. I overheard the nurses laughing and making fun of my appearance. Then as the nurse who spoke to us was talking to me about why I’m in she went to tell someone I’m assuming the doctor and the doctor said “she’s coming in just because her daughter can’t sleep?! She’s not tired “ very unprofessional. Wish I could have an environment that would take my child’s wellbeing seriously and not worry about making fun of people’s appearance. Update : I spoke with the office manager and was told this would be taken seriously and investigated and they’d call me back. No call. I will be looking elsewhere for care for my daughter

The staff were super nice and respectful. The NP was very 1 on 1 with my daughter and took time to listen to her and understand her. I was very pleased
